Steps to Participation
1. Go to http://il.webjunction.org/863/-/articles/content/58953151
2. Download and complete the 'Intent to Participate' form.
3. Fax completed form to the Illinois State Library 217-557-2619 and also fax the form to your system consultant.
4. You will be sent a welcoming e-mail stating when the next training sessions are available. Training sessions are offered virtually via the conferencing system Wimba twice a month. These sessions cover the basics of e-mail, chat and administration for Ask?Away.
5. After completing a training session, you will be given an Authorization and Password and other vital information needed to start the service for your library.
