Please remember that all libraries are responsible for their users' follow up questions.
Here are the instructions on how to claim and close these questions.
1.) Login at www.questionpoint.org
2.) Click on “New” which is on the left of the screen under the heading “Question Lists”
3.) Claim the questions that have been referred to your library for follow-up by clicking on them
Answer the question and then “close it”, so that the transaction is completed
