Selecting Frames Microsoft Publisher 2000 Every object in your publication must be in a frame. Clicking one of the tools on the Objects toolbar creates each type of
frame. In most cases you drag diagonally to set the frame size. Before you can format, move, copy, or otherwise work with
a frame, you need to select it.
To Select: Do this: A single object Click the object. Multiple objects Hold down shift and click each object.
All objects on the page Note: In Two-Page view, all objects on both pages are selected Click Edit, Select All. Objects next to each other Drag around the objects When a frame or object is selected, square boxes (called selection handles) appear around the edges of the object. A single selected object has black selection handles. When multiple objects are selected, selection handles are gray and the Group Objects button displays. NOTE: If you cannot select an object because it is placed behind another object, you need to move objects in the stack. Select
the top object and click Arrange, Send Backward. Repeat until you can access the object.
