Windows SteadyState keeps rebooting

I just went and turned off SteadyState to do some updates and now the computer keeps rebooting with the message "SteadyState Rebooting - Do not manually turn off Computer". You are unable to get this to stop, it just keeps rebooting & rebooting..... and will not allow you to login with a user. Does anyone know of a way to get past this? Thanks
