    <summary type="html">Hi &amp;#045;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It would be helpful to know where you are &amp;#045; which state at least, since there are many organizations that are regional or local.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Gates Foundation is currently running a hardware grant program that is going state by state, so it may be coming or already passed by. My understanding is that you would need to contact you state library agency to find out if you are eligible.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dale</summary>
