    <summary type="html">Are there any states that offer to pay your graduate tuition &amp;#040;or a percentage&amp;#041; in return for working for them for a number of years?&lt;br /&gt;Must one be a resident of such state?&lt;br /&gt;I am looking to start an Online Library Science program.&lt;br /&gt;I would prefer to work in a rural situation.&lt;br /&gt;Can relocate anywhere.&lt;br /&gt;Any ideas at all on this?&lt;br /&gt;I can&amp;#039;t find anything online and i&amp;#039;ve searched extensively.&lt;br /&gt;Thanks!</summary>
