    <summary type="html">Just a quick note, I didn&amp;#039;t have time to look at all the sites that were recommended, but Pennsylvania recently had a return on Investment study done for public libraries &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;http://www.statelibrary.state.pa.us/libraries/lib/libraries/PAROIreportFINAL7.pdf&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also, Florida and I believe South Carolina have had recent studies done as well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hope this is helpful!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Joe</summary>
