    <summary type="html">At a recent staff meeting I was able to discuss with staff the many resources offered by WebJunction to help us better serve the Latino community in our town. We now have a direct link on our reference page to selected helpful translated phrases. We discussed the need for signage in Spanish and will be pursuing this project. We have also instituted a Spanish phrase of the week that is introduced on Mondays at our daily mini staff meeting. Throughout the week we then practice the phrase so that everyone is comfortable using it.</summary>
