    <summary type="html">And for those of us who like to learn from an actual person, there&amp;#039;s a great resource &amp;lt;a href=&amp;#034;http://speakshop.com/&amp;#034;&amp;gt;Speak Shop&amp;lt;/a&amp;gt;.  You can learn Spanish online via webcam from a Spanish teachers at Probigua in Guatemala.  The other great thing about this project is a portion of the lesson fees go to &amp;lt;a href=&amp;#034;http://probigua.org/&amp;#034;&amp;gt;Probigua&amp;lt;/a&amp;gt;  who build and maintain libraries in rural Guatemala.  Another bonus &amp;#045; since these teachers work in a library project, they are probably familiar with library terminology in Spanish.</summary>

    <summary type="html">I am not aware of a online course that teaches Basic Spanish tailored to Librarians. However, one great resource in Infopeople&amp;#039;s Survival Spanish for Library Staff.     <summary type="html">Audio Resources for staff education is great but this doesn&amp;#039;t teach them the basics of communicating with the public. Library terminology is not taught in basic spanish language classes. Does anyone have a script of basic questions and answers that a library staff member would be able to utilize? Or do you have the capability of developing such a script?</summary>
