Hi Tina,

Yes! You can indeed filter the pre-assessment and workshop evaluation to view just your state or even just a specific workshop in your state on a specific date. Attached are the directions for setting up a filter.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Laura

Hi Barbara,

Hmm, there seems to be a couple problems happening. First and foremost, the link is not the correct link to the survey. Do you have the email that I sent earlier this week of the template? I would post the link here but we would rather not post it publicly. I will resend the link and the email template for the pre-assessment to you.

The other thing that is happening is with the hyperlink in the attached document. Even when someone clicks on the surveymonkey link, they are being redirected to a different site. It looks like a library site?

I want to encourage everyone to test the links in their email messages to workshop participants before you send them. When you click on the surveymonkey link you should arrive at the surveymonkey site. No data will be captured by you testing the link.

So first, let's get you the correct link Barbara. Then you want to make sure that the link is not hyperlinked to another site. To do this, right click on the link. A dialog box will come up that allows you to edit the hyperlink. You want to make sure that the link in the box is the same as on the page.

Hyperlinks are usually used to create a link from text. So instead of including that long survey monkey link your message could say click here and take people to the survey. To do that you would highlight the click here text and right click on it. Then enter the long survey monkey link where it asks for the hyperlink. If that is confusing, feel free to just put the long link in the text of your message.

Hope this helps!
Laura Staley
