Hello,
My name is Paul Rogers and I am new to this list. I am the author of a free, bilingual and interactive (with voice) ESL website for spanish speakers, PUMAROSA.COM.
I also am the new coordinator for Family Education and Literacy for El Concilio del Condado in Oxnard, California.
We provide basic ESL, Citizenship and Computer Literacy classes now. Later we want to set up a Spanish literacy program, perhaps using LEAMOS.ORG.
I feel strongly that social service agencies and libraries should work together in all literacy issues.
I look forward to further discussions.
Paul Rogers

The development of these materials was supported by a grant from the US Dept. of Education/Office of Special Education Programs and Washington Learning Systems.
