    <summary type="html">Have you considered turning off the children internet computers during your programming hours?  It works well with us here in Reading, PA.  Usually, the children will attend the program when they realize that they can get on the internet after the program is over.     <summary type="html">We are frustrated at the lack of attendance by Hispanic children at our summer reading club programs.  Our craft sessions, storytimes, magic shows, etc, cannot compete with the Internet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yes, we&amp;#039;ve done outreach in the community and especially in the schools.
