ELI screen shot Every Library in ILLINET (Illinois Library and Information Network), ELI, is a service provided by Secretary of State and State Librarian, Jesse White. This web directory service interfaces with Illinois library data from Library Learning (L2). Using API calls, ELI pulls data from L2, providing an integrated approach to data management in Illinois.

Maintain your library information, staff and trustee information and expand your personal profile through L2. For assistance in updating your library's data through L2, contact your regional library system.

When you access your library's directory record through ELI, you also have the opportunity to view legislative districts associated with your library based on library address. Look for the links across the top of the library listing which direct you to the Illinois Library Association CapWiz directory of legislators.
