Point-of-Sale type system for main desk

I've searched online a few places. So far the only vendor I can find that has a cash drawer able to be integrated into a library's main checkout desk for cash/check/debit/credit payments as well as full staff access to the ILS and EM security is Comprise Technologies Smart Money Manager.
Does anyone else know of any others?

I will take a look at their Staff Transaction Station. It looks from the web site like a purely software solution, but I'll check into it. Anything to streamline the staff workload so the computers can do the easy stuff would be great.
