Libraries are responsible to raise local matching funds and complete other training and evaluation requirements:
  1. Provide local match documentation during each phase
  2. Attend the Turning the Page:  Building Your Library Community advocacy training
  3. Purchase and install the appropriate number of computers in the eligible library buliding(s)
  4. Run Tech Atlas script after each hardware installation to report successful installation of the computers
