Allowing only certain sites to be viewed on catalog pcs

We wish to use our public catalog PCs to allow access to certain sites like Paid subscription databases, but not to the internet in general. I have a squid proxy server but am not sure how to make it perform this function. Does anyone do this? How? what equipment/software do you use? If you use squid or other Proxy servers, do you have a sample configuration for this purpose? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
