Missing Passwords

Our librarian passed away recently and didn't keep up-to-date records. The only profile we can access is the All profile. I believe I have the original Exec password but that's all. I have all the documentation so I do have the Bios password.
I plan to reimage the hard-drive using the software upgrade disks. My question is will I need the original passwords or will the computer be reset where I will set my own?
