Missing Community Panel Scenarios

While we were in Seattle a few groups had the scenario of their Community Panel not showing up and having to come up with an alternative plan. Just in case this happens to some of us in Kansas we want to be prepared!! I have looked through my notes and didn't seem to take very good notes from these groups. From what I remember, most of what these groups did was to discuss what they learned from their community leader interviews and had group members discuss their experiences in libraries in other countries and their first experiences at a library in the U.S. Can anyone help to refresh my memory of what these groups did? Or.... share some good ideas?
