In the attached PowerPoint presentation, librarians from Ocean County Library demonstrate the knowledge-sharing tool they developed to support implementation of diversity programs in libraries. The Diversity Exchange (formerly known as the Diversity Cookbook) is open for input from libraries across the country. Library staff can browse, search, and add "recipes" of diversity programs that theirs and other libraries are implementing.
