Using TechAtlas in Illinois

Managing and keeping up with technology is a challenge for anyone. This is particularly true for busy librarians who have to tackle the challenge with modest budgets and limited staff resources.  But with WebJunction and TechAtlas by your side, you'll never have to go it alone!

There are many features available in TechAtlas to help libraries of all sizes with different needs.  You'll find inventory tools, staff surveys and assessments, and a budget worksheet to help with your planning needs.  Feel free to sign up for an account and explore the features in TechAtlas to discover how they can help your library.  The training materials in the Documents section can help you learn more about TechAtlas.

TechAtlas and Spiceworks

Spiceworks and WebJunction are teaming up to help libraries manage technology. WebJunction already provides free access to the popular TechAtlas software, which helps libraries with technology planning and management. But because we also know a good tool when we see it, we are excited by what is happening at a company called Spiceworks. Spiceworks has some features that are similar to TechAtlas as well as some entirely unique ones, so now libraries can have the best of both worlds.
