Collection Development Training

Would anyone be willing to share ideas on how to train staff in Collection Development. I am trying to offer staff training on this subject to a group of six librarians/specialists. Of course, the librarians have their Masters and have had professional training in Collection Development, but our specialist have not. I have done some research and found a few books that we could use as resources, but would love to find an online training module or video..haven't had much luck.
