Registration Tips

  • If you are already a registered user of WebJunction, log in and update your profile by associating your account with the appropriate Illinois Regional Library System
  • You can also add professional interests, an avatar and other customized user information that will allow you to network and collaborate with other WJIL users.

Familiarize yourself with the site and its structure

  • Browse the Illinois Center to find Illinois-specific content
  • Use this and the WJ Getting Started page to jump start your experience on WJ-IL
  • Use the Site Map to get a sense of where things are located on the site

Tips and Tools to maximize your use of WJ-IL

  • You may use the site without signing in, however in general, in order to have full interactive access it is best to sign in when visiting WJ-IL
  • Be sure to check the "Remember Me" box when logging in. This will ensure that your login is not timed out
  • Use the "Search" box in the top right hand corner to search the site by keyword. Search results will be pulled from the content (categories, articles, documents), courses, members, discussion and groups containing your search terms.
  • Use the Member Center to access User Guides and Help for WJIL registered users
